Hillary holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. She has over 18 years of experience in higher education, and has held various administrative positions specializing in Financial Aid and Veteran Affairs education benefits.

Hillary was a previous instructor for American Samoa Community College, Argosy University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

On her spare time, Hillary enjoys spending time with her ‘ohana and baking. She’s a huge San Francisco 49’s fan!
